The Ssabalangira, Godfrey Musanje Kikulwe, has written to the chairman of the Bataka council asking for a full report concerning Kabaka’s health. This comes after several days down when Kabaka was taken to Namibia in April, 2024. The king got admitted in Okonguarri Psychotherapeutic Centre in Namibia’s northwestern Kunene region.
And since then, there hasn’t been any clear report about the kabaka’s health. By the time the Namwana writes this letter, he is speaking hearts-out for many concerned people in Buganda, who came to know that the kabaka’s currently in Namibia.
Reportedly, the Namibian health facility is meanwhile planning to refer the kabaka to another country due to much pressure from calls made by Ugandans inquiring about the stay and health of their king.
